Oskaras is an Energy Modeller at the International Energy Agency (IEA) World Energy Outlook team, where for the past three years he works on road and rail sectors modelling and analysis. Oskaras has previous experience in the buildings energy sector in Lithuania and Sweden, and holds a master’s degree of International Energy from Institut d'études politiques de Paris.
