Arch. Lyubomir Stanislavov

CEO & Board Member, Automotive Cluster Bulgaria

Arch. Lubomir Stanislavov is the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of the Automotive Cluster Bulgaria (ACB), as well as a Board Member of the European Automotive Cluster Network (EACN).
He has been officially appointed as a member of the European Commission's Expert Group on Research and Innovation for the Automotive Sector (EURIAS), where he contributes to the Electric Vehicle Technologies and Digital and Connected Vehicles subgroups, supporting the development of future European policies and innovation priorities.
Mr. Stanislavov is actively engaged in attracting leading automotive manufacturers and suppliers to Bulgaria, promoting investment, industrial competitiveness, and the sustainable development of the country's automotive sector.
He graduated in Architecture from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia in 2001 and has completed further academic specializations at the University of Valladolid (Spain) and the Graz University of Technology (Austria).
Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous national and European projects and has been an active partner in the dialogue with public institutions on topics related to Industry 4.0, innovation, advanced technologies, and industrial transformation.
He serves on a number of national and European advisory boards and expert committees focused on innovation, sustainable mobility, research and innovation programmes, and industrial development.
Mr. Stanislavov is also the founder and initiator of the Automotive Forum Bulgaria, one of the leading international conferences dedicated to the future of the automotive industry in Southeast Europe.
