Balázs Lykovcán is the Head of Product and Value Stream for WEEE, ELV, Battery, and Metal Waste at MOHU Zrt., where he oversees the development and optimization of critical value streams in Hungary’s waste management sector. With over five years of experience in waste management and circular economy practices, he plays a key role in shaping the country’s sustainable material recovery systems.
From the very beginning, Balázs has been an active contributor to the launch of Hungary’s nationwide concession system and has played a central role in developing the WEEE, Metal, Battery, and ELV value streams within MOHU, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization. His work focuses on building scalable, environmentally responsible solutions that align with circular economy principles
