Boglárka Olti-Horváth got her BA degree in International Business from Corvinus University of Budapest and her MSc in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Economics in the Netherlands. After graduation she worked for the Boston Consulting Group in the Budapest office as a consultant. She joined MOL Group in 2016 where she held various positions in the field of corporate strategy and mergers&acquisitions. Before becoming Head of Group Ventures she was professional assistant to the Deputy CEO. In her current role she is responsible for joint ventures related to new business directions not directly linked to the oil and gas sector.
