During his dynamic carrier previously with Albemarle and nowadays as Director of Global Process Technology LevertonHELM, he has successfully implemented new processes to increase lithium recovery yields, in the area of process engineering he has been heavily involved in optimizing operational processes and in the field of lithium refining processing he applied new technology developments to reduce water consumption.
