Gabriel Avăcăriței is a seasoned journalist and communicator with extensive experience across both traditional and digital media. Since 2013, he has served as Editor-in-Chief of Energynomics, the leading B2B communication platform dedicated exclusively to Romania’s energy industry.
In this role, Gabriel oversees the entire Energynomics ecosystem — from editorial direction and content strategy to event concept and moderation. He is the moderator of all Energynomics conferences and debates, known for his clear, informed, and engaging style that connects industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators across the energy sector.
Under his coordination, Energynomics has grown into the most comprehensive editorial project in Romania’s energy field, integrating the daily news website www.energynomics.ro, the quarterly Energynomics Magazine, and a series of flagship business events such as Energy Strategy Summit, Energy Breakfast Club, Regional Approach, Energy Efficiency, Spring Cocktail, and the Energynomics Awards.
