Gergely Tóth is the Chief Executive Officer of Electric One Zrt., a Hungarian company specialising in the design, technology supply and construction of renewable energy and energy storage projects. A lawyer by training, he brings 20 years of experience in project-based management and company building, having led geographically distributed teams and complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-site projects. He entered the energy sector in 2019, and since then his team has designed and delivered nearly 150 MW of solar PV capacity. In response to the challenges brought by growing renewable penetration, Electric One has expanded into battery energy storage, offering clients integrated technical and business solutions for a commercially sound green transition. Backed by direct relationships with several manufacturers and the company's office in China, he is currently leading the delivery of a 45 MWh BESS project.
