Koen Noyens is a public affairs and consultancy professional with over a decade of experience in European policy and advocacy, particularly within the power and transport sectors, as well as EU climate and environmental legislation. He currently serves as Head of Public Affairs at Milence, where he leads initiatives to advance electric mobility and promote scalable charging solutions. Previously, he was Director of EU Policy at EVBox, overseeing EU-wide public affairs and advocacy efforts for one of the world's top electric vehicle charging solutions providers. Prior to this, Mr. Noyens held multiple roles at Eurelectric, including Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications, where he directed public affairs campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and media relations. His earlier career includes advisory and managerial positions focused on EU climate, environmental, and energy policy. With a strong belief in the power of content to build thought leadership, Mr. Noyens is passionate about fostering the transition to a cleaner, electric-powered future across Europe.
