Péter Luczay has 15+ years of experience in designing, financing, building and operating energy production and distribution systems. Since 2020, he has been Deputy CEO, Asset-Backed Energy Trading & Business Development at ALTEO Group, Hungarian-owned energy service and trading company. He is responsible for comprehensive management and development of all the market activities (trading, ancillary services, risk management) of a 650MW+ power plant portfolio including Solar PVs (500MW+), Wind Turbines (~50MW), CHP plants (~100MW) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (11MW). He leads the entire Portfolio Management, Business Development, Construction Management and Corporate IT departments and Software Development team. Before, he was Director of Wholesale Energy Trading and Virtual Power Plant Management.
