Beginning his career in the automotive industry with a decade-long tenure at BMW Brilliance Automotive – where he rose to the position of Senior Assembly Manager – he has spent the last twenty years driving large-scale manufacturing and plant operations. He subsequently transitioned to Geely, where he spent eight years leading major powertrain facilities as the General Manager of both the Engine Plant and the Transmission Plant. In 2023, he joined CATL, initially directing operations at the Z Plant in Ningde – where the company’s headquarters is also located – before moving to Hungary to serve as the Plant Director for CATL's Hungarian facility. Since September 2026, he has stepped into the role of Executive General Manager at the CATL Hungary Plant, overseeing the company's comprehensive local operations.
