Rita has been working on the development of the national economy, intensifying Hungarian export development efforts and promoting FDI for the past 15 years.
She currently is Deputy CEO of HIPA, the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency where she is mainly in charge of investment promotion, subsidies, site selection and supplier development, whilst she is in direct contact with most companies from the HIPA Portfolio.
Prior to this role, she was Head of Department for Export Development between 2017 and 2022. Previously, in the Ministry of National Economy, Rita’s main duty was industrial development. Within this framework, together with her team, she drafted the industrial strategy in 2016 that has been in effect ever since. Rita has two Master’s Degrees in law and economics.
